A full set of eyelash extensions lasts anywhere between four to six weeks depending on each individual’s natural lash life cycle and other factors. Arrive at your appointment makeup-free. Remove all eye makeup and clean your lashes with a mild, oil-free cleanser.

Make sure all mascara is thoroughly removed. The bonding agent adheres better to clean eyelashes.

Avoid the use of oil based make-up removers to clean your lashes.

Do not curl your lashes. Natural straight lashes are ideal for proper application.

Follow these tips for best results:

Avoid oil based eye products because the oil may loosen the adhesive bond between the extensions and your natural lashes. Use oil-free cleanser and make-up remover.

Avoid getting your eyelash extensions wet for the first 24 hours after your application

Do not use waterproof mascara on your eyelash extensions. Removing the waterproof mascara causes excessive friction that can trigger premature shedding of your natural lashes.

Avoid swimming and the use of steam rooms/ hot saunas in the next 48 hours after your appointment. Extreme heat can weaken the bond.

Do not use an eyelash curler, perm or tint the eyelash extensions. This will risk loosening the bond on the lash extensions.

Do not pull, pick, rub or scrub your eyelash extensions.

Do not attempt to remove eyelashes yourself because improper technique can damage the natural lashes.
